GWBCC Membership Pricing Update - FAQ
Why did the Chamber update its membership pricing and tiers?
The Chamber has grown significantly. We now offer more programming, stronger partnerships, expanded advocacy, and improved member support systems. The updated tiers create clearer value at each business stage and allow us to sustainably deliver services that directly benefit members.
When do the new membership tiers take effect?
The new membership structure is effective January 1.
Will my membership price increase on January 1?
No.
Current members are grandfathered in. Your price will only change at your membership renewal on your anniversary date, not before.
What if my renewal date is later in the year?
You will remain at your current rate until your renewal date. The new pricing will apply only when you renew.
How do the old tiers map to the new tiers?
Here is how memberships align under the new structure:

Solopreneur + Micropreneur → Essential ($350)

Innovator + Trailblazer → Select ($850)

Mogul + Tycoon → Prime ($2,000)

Magnate → Premier ($5,000)
Can you give an example of how this works?
Yes.
If you are currently a Trailblazer member and your renewal date is September 2026, you will stay at your current rate through September. At renewal, your membership would transition to the Select tier at the updated rate unless you request a different tier.
If you are currently a Micropreneur member, you are now aligned with the Essential tier. Your rate remains the same until your anniversary date.
What if I want to move to a different tier?
You can choose a different tier based on the benefits that best fit your business. To do so, please contact the Chamber before your membership anniversary date so we can update your account.
How do I find my membership renewal date?
Your renewal anniversary date is available in your InfoHub account.
Do I need to take action right now?
No immediate action is required unless you would like to change tiers before your renewal date.
Does this affect new members?
Yes. All new members joining on or after January 1 will join under the new tier structure and pricing.
